Don’t exercise before going to bed. Exercise will get you all pumped up and your heart rate goes up, you’ll get yourself going and then you won’t be able to relax. Exercise routines are best done in the morning, since it boosts your energy. When you wake up, work out before you continue your day since you will find it much easier.
